2.1. General Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a product or service before its commencement, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:

b. The refund amount, if applicable, will be subject to any administrative fees or penalties as mentioned in the terms and conditions.

2.2. Program or Course Cancellation: In the event that we cancel a program or course within 3 days , a 95% refund will be provided to enrolled participants. You will be notified of any such cancellations at the earliest opportunity.

2.3. Participant Withdrawal: If you choose to withdraw from a program or course after it has commenced, a refund will not be provided.
