Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the general terms applicable to course admissions, training programs and services provided by MCTI Technologies.

1. Course Admission & Registration Fees

Registration, admission, booking or enrollment fees, where applicable, are generally non-refundable once the admission or enrollment has been confirmed.

2. Course Fee Refund

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, course status, services already provided, study materials or digital access issued, and the applicable terms communicated at the time of admission.

Starting or attending classes, accessing digital learning material, LMS content or other course resources may affect refund eligibility.

3. Course Cancellation by MCTI

If MCTI cancels a course or program and an appropriate alternative, transfer or rescheduling option cannot be provided, eligible fees may be refunded after review.

4. Batch or Schedule Changes

Class timings, trainers, batches, delivery mode or schedules may be changed when reasonably required for academic or operational reasons. Such changes alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Course or Branch Transfer

Requests for course, batch or branch transfers are subject to availability, eligibility and approval by MCTI. Any difference in applicable fees may need to be paid.

6. Online & Digital Content

Where LMS access, recorded videos, downloadable resources, software access, examination access or other digital services have already been activated or provided, refund eligibility may be limited.

7. IT, AI & Business Services

Refund and cancellation terms for IT solutions, AI services, SaaS products and other business projects may be governed by the quotation, proposal, agreement, milestone or service terms accepted for that particular project.

8. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount and method of refund will depend on the original payment, applicable deductions and the circumstances of the request.

Processing time may also depend on banks, payment gateways or other payment service providers.

9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Students or customers should contact MCTI with their name, registered mobile number, admission or transaction details, and the reason for the request.
